London, UK - 23 September 2003, 15:00 GMT - The most prolific hackers in September so far have been from Brazil, Turkey, Morocco and Saudi Arabia according to the mi2g Intelligence Unit. September is significant because of the 9/11 anniversary and it is also the 3rd anniversary of the Palestinian Intifada which started in September 2000.
