Several High Profile Targets Hit in Fresh Wave of Attacks

London, UK - 14 April 2003, 13:00 GMT - Over 3,000 successful overt digital attacks have taken place over the weekend - 12th and 13th April - primarily against US and UK online targets according to mi2g, the world leader in digital risk. Hackers appear to be protesting against a further escalation in the war with Iraq. The main concern being expressed by hacktivists is over the conflict spreading to envelop Syria or Iran.
