London, UK - 6 October 2003, 11:30 GMT - Over 500 overt digital attacks took place over the weekend on British, American and Norwegian internet sites to protest against the Israeli attacks on an alleged terrorist camp in Syria as well as residential compounds in Palestine. German and Thai sites were also hit. Most of the counter-attacks were on information and online shopping sites according to the mi2g Intelligence Unit.
